*Designation: Front Desk Manager/Executive
1.Responsible for handling internal and external calls and transferring them to the desired extension numbers. The task would involve handling EPABX and maintaining records for the same.
2.Attending the visitors and maintaining their records.
3.Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
4.Maintaining office records of entry & exit of office assets.
5.Maintaining courier records
6.Other admin related work
7.Updating contact list of the company on regular basis
8.Maintaining daily tracker for admin expenses.
*Experience: 2-6 years
