Must design plans to achieve goals and create strategies to combat potential revenue losses.

To make ensure that clients are satisfied with the company at all times.

Lead role in management of acute client dissatisfaction and related follow up.

Provide rapid responsiveness to client issues and serve as the escalation and approval point for satisfaction issues.

Building long term relationship with the client.

Building industry knowledge through communication and research.

Ensuring that customer requests are responded in an accurate and timely manner.

Regular follow up through mail, calls.
