** Interact with customers by phone concerning various care issues. * Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience. * Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics. * Capturing and applying customer feedback.

*Shift timings : 8pm to 5:30am

*Transport : both side cab facility

*Working days : 5 days (saturday and sunday fixed offs)
